The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for leading team members and managing the operations of a growing portfolio of LIHTC communities, both stabilized and in lease-up, across the state of New York. Responsibilities Include:
- Achieving financial and operational goals across all communities
- Team leadership including: hiring, mentoring and managing performance
- Providing feedback on asset plans and annual budgets
- Coordinating inspections and facilitating communication with relevant agencies
Ideal candidates will be strong team leaders with knowledge of LIHTC/affordable housing regulations and the ability to manage multiple sites.
